15c.1 If any person or organization wants to produce Varnashankar seeds, he should submit an application to the committee or state committee along with the prescribed documents for permission. 15c.2 After receiving the application according to sub-section 15c.1, the committee may give permission to produce such seeds after conducting the necessary investigation. 15c.3 Other provisions regarding permission to produce Varnashankar seeds shall be as per/specified. 15c.4 Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, permission shall not be required to produce Varnashankar seeds for domestic purposes.
